Nautical Messaging — Marina Tenant Notifications

Program Description

Nautical Software Solutions operates an SMS notification service on behalf of marina and boatyard operators using our marina management platform. Messages are sent to marina tenants and customers who have opted in, and may include payment confirmations, payment reminders, slip and dock assignment notices, service work order updates, reservation confirmations, haul-out scheduling, and customer service responses.

Who Sends Messages

Messages are sent by individual marina operators using the Nautical Software Solutions platform. The sending marina’s name will be identified in each message.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to your marina and agreeing to receive SMS notifications — whether through a service agreement, the marina’s tenant portal, or another opt-in method — you consent to receive text messages from the marina through this program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity and marina communications. You may receive multiple messages per month depending on your account status and marina activity.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. To re-subscribe, contact your marina directly.

Limitation

This messaging program is for transactional and customer service communications only. It is not used for marketing or promotional messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://nauticalsoftwaresolution.com/privacy-policy). We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
