Joe DeMarco
Founder & President
Joe DeMarco entered the boating industry in 1982 as co-founder of a leading aftermarket manufacturer of outboard electronic ignition products. His extensive industry background also includes serving as Executive Director of the Association of Marine Technicians (AMTECH) and its educational division, the Marine Career Training Institute of North America (MCTINA).
At NSS, Joe oversees marketing strategy, sales operations, and overall company leadership. His decades of industry experience ensure that NSS remains closely aligned with the evolving needs of marine businesses.
Mariano Pacheco
Operations & Development Director
Since joining NSS, Mariano has played a key role in expanding and enhancing the company’s suite of marine software products. He leads software development initiatives and oversees IT services, ensuring that NSS solutions remain innovative, reliable, and secure.
Mariano oversees daily operations while serving as the principal architect of the Nautical Platform. Working with a dedicated development team, he designed and built the platform from its inception, managing both the technical orchestration and operational integration. His leadership in operations and development ensures that NSS delivers powerful, well-integrated solutions backed by dependable technical support.
